Most orders ship within 48 to 72 hours from order date. All orders are charged at the point of sale. Please expect to receive your carpet in approximately 7-10 business days. Custom orders can take longer.
At this time, Coastal Custom Carpets ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands and most international locations at the discretion of Coastal Custom Carpets. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, it’s your choice.
- All you need to do is call (630) 768-3551.
- Carpets need to be repackaged like new in the original packaging or an equivalent of the original packaging. RA# needs to be on the outside of the packaging.
- Ship using any carrier you choose that can provide a tracking number for your package. Ship to the address given to you by our customer service department. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- When Coastal Custom Carpets receives the carpet in the original condition your credit card will be refunded or an exchange can be made, which ever you prefer. Credits may take up to 10 days to process.
*All returns MUST have a Return Authorization number and instructions prior to sending back
*Damaged merchandise must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Returned carpets must be in original unused condition. Returned carpet may be refused or assessed fee if soiled, pet hair or stains are present. - Miscellaneous
